Our factory have professional R & D department with 5 - 8 engineer.All they responsible for different parts,such as AC and DC fan motor development,product appearance design and inernal design and also follow customer inspection and pay attention on control the fan speed,watt,temperature rise and other specila functions.

Now we develop a new figure 8 oscillation stand fan model and more new fan models are coming soon.

Pre sales service include reply the Inquires,confirm the requirements and specifications which customer needs,make the quotation sheet and arrange the fan samples.

1. All our sales manager are 24 hours online,customer can send inquires at any time.

2. You just tell me which country you will sell,we can offer you the quotation with Corresponding specifications and price.

3. If you have some different specification requirements for fan models,we can ask engineer and make quotation under your requirements.

4.After confirm all the price and specifications of fan,if you need fan samples,we can offer fan samples to you within about 7days.

5.Afer finish the fan samples,we can arrange the express to you or you can offer us your express no.

Our In Sales Service:

In sales means those service we can offer you after you place the order.Such as arrange the PI for customers with details,our design department can design all the artworks under your requirements,double comfirm the fan specifications with customers,inform customers in different stage of production and also take some pictures for customers to know more about their goods.We can arrange the inspection and shipment for customer.

1. We can design all the artworks for customer,like color box,rating label,instruction manual,warranty card.

2. Take pictures to tell customers the materials and production situations.

3. If customer need arrange inspection,we can arrange engineer to follow the inspection.

4. Our factory also have experience people to arrange shipment and customs declaration.

5.We can arrange to take pictures when loading containers.

Our After Sales Service:

After sales means we also pay attention to the goods when customer selling in their countries.We can offer some spare parts to customer repair and also ask customers the selling situation.

1. We can offer customers 1％ spares parts,0.5% fan motors for repair.

2. We will discuss with customer the selling situation and confirm the next year orders.
